From structured stencil workshops and spray-paint sessions for schools, to Art Is The Cure experiences centred on creative wellbeing and mindful making, each format is designed with intention. Some workshops focus on skill and technique; others explore expression, confidence and the therapeutic rhythm of colour and repetition. For those seeking something more immersive, private one-to-one studio tutorials offer direct insight into Simmons’ methods, mindset and creative decision-making.
Whether delivered in classrooms, creative studios, community spaces or the artist’s own working environment, these workshops are built to demystify the process and empower participants to find their own visual voice — grounded in craft, experimentation and the belief that creativity is not reserved for the few, but available to anyone willing to pick up the tools.

STENCIL
WORKSHOP
Hands-on sessions that demystify the craft at the heart of my work. In these workshops, participants learn core stencil techniques — from planning and layering to precision cutting and clean execution — using tools and processes drawn directly from my studio practice. Whether you’re a novice or an experienced maker, the focus is on skill development, creative confidence and producing pieces you’ll be proud to take home.

SCHOOL WORKSHOP
Dynamic, age-appropriate creative experiences designed for classrooms, youth groups and community settings. These sessions blend practical art-making — including spray paint fundamentals and expressive mark-making — with creative thinking and visual storytelling. Structured to be engaging and inclusive, they encourage participants to explore personal expression within a supportive environment and walk away with a tangible result.
ART IS
THE CURE
Creative space as creative therapy. These sessions are less about technique and more about presence — using colouring, pattern, expressive mark-making and moderated creative prompts to invite relaxation, focus and reflection. Accompanied by an optional talk, these workshops are ideal for organisations seeking wellbeing-centred creative experiences for teams, communities or individuals. No pressure, all play — and a reminder that making is part of being.

PRIVATE
TUTORIAL

You’ll get focused guidance on technique, composition, conceptual development — all framed around your own creative goals and questions. Think of it as mentorship, not lesson.
